SETPak- “smart energy technologies for Pakistan” offer services in energy generation mainly bioenergy including biogas, combustion/co-combustion, gasification & pyrolysis. SETPak work includes improving efficiency, performance and versatility of exiting domestic biogas digesters (i.e. Fixed Dome and Floating Drum) with integration of technical accessories and variation of input feedstocks and operating parameters. In cooperation with technical experts from Germany/EU, we offer the technical solutions for existing biomass fired or co-generation power plants as well as installation of new biomass based energy plants. Depending on the customer’s needs, we arrange technical consultancy and related equipments/plant parts for energy efficiency, waste heat recovery and power to X options (e.g. Renewable Hydrogen, green Ammonia).
Biogas feedstocks
In principle, all organic materials can fermented or be digested. However, homogenous and liquid substrates are optimal for simple biogas plants, e.g. feces and urine from cattle, pigs and possibly from poultry as well as wastewater from toilets.
